EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Yit Virasy joined FLO in 2007 as the Executive Director and Founder's Assistant. He was also in charge of the Japanese Foster Parent Program and the export of handicraft products to Japan.

He quickly fell in love with his work to help children. He considered each of the kids to be a member of his own family. He spent his spare time teaching them Japanese. He saw many of them develop their lives beautifully and successfully over the years. He spent more time with FLO children than with his own family, a sacrifice that his family supported.

Mr. Virasy was appointed Chief Administrator of FLO after Mrs. Nuon Phaly died, and he was later appointed Executive Director in 2021.
